Ya know Dana from MADE? She’s pretty much amazing. Well, a while back I was thinking that I wanted to make a Bakugan Bag for my kids, and maybe for their friends if they have a birthday or something. SO, when Dana posted her tutorial for the Hobo Sack, I thought that I’d just use that pattern to make a bag, but just add a couple little things to make it more Bakugan-ish. I got the flame fabric from Wal-Mart. It isn’t good quality–at all, but it worked. I just showed my boys some choices and asked which one looked the most like Bakugan to them.
Sew the vinyl pocket on first. Then iron on the circle. When you do this, I had to make sure to use a piece of paper in the pocket so I didn’t melt the vinyl! I used a zig-zag stitch around the entire circle.
Freezer paper stencil the B on, and you are good to go!
