I feel a bit disconnected to my readers sometimes. And I’d rather not feel that way:). So while I work on a couple projects this week, in the meantime, I want to know some things!
First off, let’s talk about posts per week. What is a good number for people to post a week? I can’t promise that I can change that right now as my family has to come first, but I just wondered what you all think is an ideal number of posts per week.
What about replying to your comments? I try and reply—especially if it is a really sweet comment, or when you have questions. I actually really like replying when I have time, but I wondered what you think about it. And I’m always bummed out when I hit reply and people don’t have their emails hooked up to their profiles (I respect your choice to do that, but sometimes I’d love to answer a question and I can’t). I feel more connected to people when I reply—it’s sort of my way of thanking you for taking the time. Yes, it’s normally a quick reply, and I don’t get a ton of comments and so I feel like I can reply to the comments at night, but I just wondered about that. Anna from Noodlehead got me thinking about this one on her post here.
What do you like about my blog? What do you want to see differently?
You know how Cheri from I Am Momma – Hear Me Roar has a theme every day? I really like how structured she is on her blog. You know just what to expect. I would love to feel a little more organized with my blog, mostly because I’m a pretty organized person. Not necessarily something every day, but at least a bit more structure around here. Any thoughts on that?
What else would you like to see? Do recipes interest you? Great finds or tutorials I’d like to try? Believe me when I say I have a VERY LONG list of tutorials saved in my favorites. Etsy finds? Other projects other than mostly sewing? Do you have questions for me that you’d like answers to?
I guess I just want to know what you all think and what you’d like to see differently! Since Purse Week, Sew Through the Decades, and Craft With Your Kids Week is over, I feel like I have a minute to ask you all your opinion. It really does matter to me!
