This Week: 1930’s Decade

I have my dress all cut out and ready to sew but I just need to find some time to do it!  The 1930’s should be fun!  My Dad is visiting from TX this week and will be staying with my family on Wednesday night.  I have a lot of cleaning and preparing to do.  I won’t see him again for a while because he is moving to Thailand where he will marry a sweet lady he met while visiting there.  What a fun adventure he is about to embark on!  I’m sad for him to be so far away, but I am also very excited and happy for him!

  2. Goodness, I am going on vacation next week and don’t know how much sewing while I am gone I guess I am going to have to pull ahead in the challenge this week!! We are all crazy aren’t we.

  3. Oh the 1930s! I like that decade! Your Dad is moving to Thailand? I so understand the distance; my best friend is over there right now! She has been there for about a year doing mission work. I am so excited she is coming home in September!
