Once I saw the funny hobble skirts from this decade, I knew that’s what I’d like to make. Then I saw a tutorial for the Easy Bubble Dress by Aly from Polkanuts. Cute, cute dress! And totally a hobble skirt! Except that now we have elastic to make moving in a hobble skirt easier:).

B did not like the weeds at her feet, or else the pictures might have been better. She preferred the road, and I can’t say that I blame her with only sandals on:).
