Ok, this is the final discount for my fabric in the Lemon Squeezy Shop. All fabric is now discounted, some up to 40% off. I have gone through and marked the prices already. This is likely the lowest I can go without losing money!

While at Pine Needles, I found some Japanese fabric that I adore. I bought a fat quarter. It is in the wash and I think I have thought of something to use it for. I’m excited! Hopefully it turns out cute! I’ll share pictures when I finish it.

I also bought this fabric for $1.50 a yard. I am planning on making this with it, though it is pretty sheer so I might have to line it or something. I think it will be the perfect dress for fall!

I have been having a hard time finding any time to sew because I am keeping up on my housework a lot better, and also because we have been putting in our sprinkler system. Well, I say we, but there are two guys helping my hubby, and I just clean up the messes and provide the meals. Yea yea yea! It is really SO HARD to keep our grass alive in our hot summers. Add some crumby clay soil to that and you’ve got a struggling lawn. So I am excited to not have to water constantly at night.
The only thing is that now on my wall that I’ve been wanting to decorate for my sewing corner, I have to figure out how to make this cute:
But I think I have thought of something. Now, if only I can find the time to sew anything :).
I was hoping to have my craft corner finished by now, but it just plain ol’ didn’t happen. Hopefully in the next couple of weeks!!!

And last but not least, you know my son D that I was asking you all about with his tonsils? He is getting them out on the 23rd. The doctor and I discussed things quite a bit and we feel it will be the best thing for him. Here’s to a healthier future for him!

Good luck on the 23rd, everything will be fine! How ironic, my daughter just had an appointment with the ENT this past Monday, they want to take her adenoids and tonsils. We will find out the outcome in 4 weeks.
