It’s finally finished! The Warrior Quilt by Suzy Quilts is a free pattern that was so fun to make! I love the different rows of varying shapes and how different this is from my normal quilts.
This is my first quilt after my Sew Mojo quilt (also Suzy Quilts) that I did more hand stitching on. I machine quilted and hand quilted. It took me many hours, but not necessarily because hand quilting takes a really long time, I just worked on it here and there. Hand quilting obviously takes longer, but I find it relaxing. Plus I watched like the first 3 seasons of Downton Abbey while making this quilt, so it will forever remind me of people sitting around talking, with lots of free time.
All fabric is Cotton + Steel. I’ll just let the pics do the rest of the talking for the post.

Stay tuned–hopefully in the next couple months I’ll have my very first quilt pattern of my own available! This has been a goal of mine for over a year and I’m so excited!
