The sleeves turned out more poofy than I would have liked, but that is ok. She still looks adorable, doesn’t she! These pictures make me smile more for my little girl wearing the dress than the dress itself. Though I do like the dress.
I used Dana from MADE’s tutorial for the shirt dress. Obviously I didn’t use a men’s shirt, and I lengthened the sleeves and added a ruffle. (Thanks for the great tutorial, Dana! This is the second one I’ve made and I love them both).
I asked B to hold her dress out and she immediately lifted it up like this. She knows she is funny—can you tell by the look on her face? I guess now I’ll have to make a diaper cover to match:).
She is funny! You can tell she likes her new dress. It is adorable… and that crochet flower hair thingy is To-die-for. I love it.

What a sweetheart you have! She is so cute! I love the dress with the boots, very very cute! The ruffle is great, it really makes the dress something special. I would love to dress my girls like this, but they’re 13 and 11 and don’t usually go for the made by mom clothes anymore… even though this dress might actually go over!
