These are nothing new but they are a quick and satisfying sew.
There are tutorials all over blog-land for these leg warmers (or arm warmers) so I didn’t bother making one and remembered how to make them from when Poppy was born. But if you need a tutorial, HERE is one from I Married Superman that is very clear and concise.
My socks are from Target, and they were on clearance for $1.00/pair.
Quick tip: I like to use the stitch (#04) below when I sew with knits or stretchy fabric like these leg warmers.
Binky clips (pacifier clips) are also nothing new but a very easy sewing project. I didn’t follow a tutorial for this one either because they are so simple. Especially when using a little lace like I did for these.
You clip it onto baby’s clothing with a suspender clip. These were two for $2.99 at Joann so if you use a coupon they are pretty cheap.
My stitching isn’t pretty on the velcro—I’ve learned my machine really really hates sewing with velcro, unfortunately! But snaps would be cute and preferable, in my opinion.
And there you have it! Between the leg warmers and these two clips, I spent a total of 30 minutes I bet. Maybe less. I love quick projects!

Christie~ Thanks for the shout out! I feel so extra cool! :) Also, I love the fact that you used lace for your binky clips. It’s so sweet and feminine. Best wishes for you and your cutest little baby coming!
